Rachel Angel - "In Low"

I’ve been a big fan of Angel’s music for quite some time.  When I first heard her 2018 EP Not Enough, I was struck by her powerful and authentic brand of songwriting, which combines personal, poetic narratives with nimble and evocative guitar playing. Earlier this year, she delivered another captivating set of songs with her latest effort, Highway Songs. Check out the recent Album Spotlight on the EP to learn more about it. Spoiler alert: it’s awesome.

For her new video, Angel is dusting off an older tune called “In Low,” and taking it out to a backcountry trail in Miami’s Oleta State Park. The one-point perspective video captures Angel as she slowly walks along a tree-lined path while performing a stripped-down version of this beautiful, heart-tugging song.
