December 7th, 2021: Hodges In The Hall!
You can also stream this episode on Apple Music or Spotify. Listen to Local Fidelity live every Tuesday at 4 a.m. on Radio Free Brooklyn.
After a brief hiatus, Local Fidelity returned to the airwaves on December 7th for its first-ever Tuesday show! We kicked things off with the hip hop classic “Crooklyn” by The Crooklyn Dodgers to honor Brooklyn Dodger and Met legend Gil Hodges' recent (and long overdue) induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Plus, we spun some awesome new New York City tunes from Sedona, Veronica Everheart, Laurel Canyon, Ok Cowgirl, The Natvral & Jen Goma, Goo, Jelly Kelly, Tom Barrett, Shallowhalo, Pecas, and more. We ended the hour with LAPêCHE's festive rendition of The Pretenders holiday classic "2000 Miles."
