Sean Spada, Holly Overton, Joe Wakeman, and Paige Johnson-Brown Chat About The Making of "Take A Step”
The stars aligned in Brooklyn recently when the foursome of Sean Spada, Holly Overton, Joe Wakeman, and Paige Johnson-Brown pooled their talents to create a stunning video for “Take A Step.” The collaboration originated when Spada and Overton jammed a little bit and wound up nicely blending their musical styles in an intriguing way to create the song. With a powerful and beautiful tune in hand, they then teamed up with Wakeman and Johnson-Brown to create a stunning video, which also showcases both Spada and Overton’s acting skills through their performances as a couple of emotive clowns. For a largely DIY affair, it’s a very well done, cinematic music video that nicely brings the song’s themes of separation and finality to life.
